About the Role: Associate Product Development Manager

This role is pivotal for developing and maintaining the award-winning Proxymity investor communication platform. You will work within a cross-functional team to drive product direction, manage requirements, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into well-defined requirements.
• Produce detailed product documentation and curate sprint backlogs.
• Set sprint goals and manage competing priorities.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Support product managers with product-related enquiries.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time, and project management skills.
• A proactive, motivated forward-planner with an innovative mindset.
• Experience with Scrum techniques, dependency management and Jira/Confluence.
• Previous exposure to custody and proxy voting industry is a plus.
