Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Installation Manager who commands nationwide retail installations and rollouts. This high-octane, vendor-facing role puts you in the driver’s seat: hunting elite vendors, negotiating, orchestrating flawless execution, and delivering results that protect our reputation and elevate the client experience.
Primarily remote from your home base with occasional travel for site oversight, training, or hands-on execution (generally 5% to 10% annually), you’ll steer your own high-velocity schedule while your impact sets the pace. What You Will Own
- Hunt, vet, and lock in elite vendor partners for multi-site retail rollouts.
- Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines with vendors, ensuring tight execution.
- Build and manage schedules, budgets, and tracking to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate logistics, install readiness, and field execution across multiple locations.
- Solve problems quickly in chaotic field situations and restore order.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Provide site oversight, training, quality control, or hands-on execution as needed.
Must-Haves (Dealbreakers)
- 3+ years of experience in retail installations, rollouts, fixture/graphics/millwork, merchandising, or project coordination in retail, convenience, banking, grocery, hospitality, or CPG environments.
- Proven field experience (hands-on oversight or site supervision) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel mastery (budgeting, tracking, Gantt-style charts) and full Microsoft Office command (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with project tools like Smartsheet; CRM experience in HubSpot is a plus.
- Elite negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive independently in a remote environment.
- Self-starter with competitive drive, limited-supervision execution, and a desire to be the best.

Compensation
$50,000 to $70,000 base, depending on experience. Top performers with hands-on field experience and a strong administrative/office track record of executing under pressure will unlock the top of the range and fast-track growth.
