The Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer Kubernetes at Proxify, you will design and scale high-performance, on-premise infrastructure for our clients. You will architect internal developer platforms powering mission-critical services. What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Kubernetes experience, managing on-prem clusters
- Expert knowledge of Helm v3 with custom templates and hooks
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for provisioning
- Deep understanding of CNI providers (Calico, Cilium, or Flannel)
- Advanced Linux administration (Ubuntu/RHEL) and kernel tuning
- High proficiency in Go or Python for custom operators
- Must be located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours)
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and scale production-grade Kubernetes clusters in private data centers
- Develop and maintain a library of complex Helm charts
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
- Implement and tune CNI providers and manage enterprise security via RBAC, Network Policies, and Vault
- Configure CSI drivers for reliable local/distributed storage solutions
- Own monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana and ELK for cluster health
