The Role:

We are looking for Microsoft Power Platform Consultants for one of our clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to implement a GRC operating system using the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong focus on low-code solutions. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, coaching capabilities, and strong collaboration skills to guide the team through the development process. What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft certification in relevant technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in low-code development and willingness to engage in coding when necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to build and implement a GRC operating system using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance in developing policies and frameworks within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Serve as a technical team lead, offering training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Review and validate existing documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in implementation.
• Assist in developing low-code solutions, with the ability to write code when necessary for API integrations and connectors.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
