Team Lead Customer Success - Growth Segment

Proxify is seeking a motivated and high-performing Customer Success Team Lead to establish and lead our new Customer Success team focused on the Growth segment. This is a unique opportunity to build a new function within a rapidly growing company.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will be instrumental in building and refining the Customer Success team for our Growth segment, targeting early-stage startups and smaller businesses globally. You will lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Success Executives, while also managing key client accounts yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Customer Success Executives (starting with 2 team members).
  • Establish, refine, and improve Customer Success processes, tools, and ways of working, including leveraging AI.
  • Own client accounts, ensuring excellent collaboration between Growth segment clients and Proxify's tech experts.
  • Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with Sales Managers in respective geographical markets.
  • Lead client onboarding to understand business needs and set expectations.
  • Support tech experts for early success by clarifying expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work with the Client Engineering team to match clients with suitable developers.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and fast time-to-value, managing challenges and disputes effectively.
  • Nurture strong client relationships.
  • Leverage and explore AI and tools to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure the team meets goals and KPIs, manage training, develop improvements, and maintain team motivation.

  • Hands-on experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the technology, developer, or a similar tech-focused role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and eagerness to develop further.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing leadership abilities to support tech experts.
  • Interest in sharpening negotiation skills for win-win-win outcomes.
