Role
The Marketing Manager role is designed to lead demand generation, growth and field marketing. This high-impact, hands-on role focuses on driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and enhancing brand awareness. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, work closely with sales, and build the foundation for a scalable marketing engine in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch and refine multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, paid search and content strategy for customer acquisition.
- Lead Management: Collaborate with sales to track and convert MQLs and SQLs using HubSpot.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design campaigns targeting strategic accounts for qualified opportunities.
- Field Marketing: Support sales with events, webinars, and sponsorships, including ROI analysis.
- Content Strategy: Develop case studies, blog posts and newsletters to engage prospects.
- Marketing Tools & Automation: Build email nurtures and campaign assets in HubSpot.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and share insights to improve campaign ROI.
What We’re Looking For
We require 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field or growth marketing (SaaS preferred). The ideal candidate will have a strong record of meeting pipeline and revenue targets, expertise in ABM and multi-channel campaigns, and proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. You should be data-driven, communicative and collaborative, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
OTE: C$120,000 – C$170,000 with performance-based bonus and equity availability. Benefits include flexible work-from-home (up to 2 days per week), a $4,000 health spending account, 4 weeks paid vacation plus additional time during Christmas, monthly educational book reimbursement, and access to a downtown Toronto office gym.
