Director of Sales, Assisted Living
Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
Ensure quality sales in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations while promoting Provision Living’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities and occupancy targets quarterly.
- Assist in marketing plan creation and update as conditions change.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the local senior market.
- Develop programs to connect with key community referral sources.
- Document planned and completed sales activities in the provided database.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to maximize referrals.
- Ensure productive handling of inquiries by staff members.
- Monitor marketing budgets and allocate lead generation spend.
- Identify prospective residents' needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct follow-up activities to build positive relationships.
- Engage in outside marketing to increase professional referrals.
- Create and nurture relationships with community businesses and resources.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
Education: Associate’s degree with 4 years related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience.
Skills/Experience: Minimum three years of successful sales experience, two years in sales and marketing in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care community. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems; excellent verbal and written communication; and a strong work ethic with a customer service focus.
Travel & Physical Demands
Travel up to 10% of the time. Must be prepared for interactions with potentially disruptive behaviors and occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs.
