About the Role: Clinical Pharmacist
As a Clinical Pharmacist at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services. This role involves close collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and enhance their quality of life. You will perform all duties in a manner that promotes a strong team concept and reflects the mission and philosophy of the Sisters of Providence.

Required Qualifications
- PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or equivalent experience in acute care hospital pharmacy
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
