The Role

As the Director Finance, you will:

  • Oversee financial performance and variance reporting.
  • Support productivity and supply chain targets.
  • Act as liaison with accounts payable and payroll processes.
  • Facilitate capital projects and ministry budget development.
  • Maintain dashboards and address internal audit recommendations.
  • Lead special projects reflecting operational and clinical services.

  • Performance Analyst: Track and report financial performance accurately.
  • Strategic Planner: Engage in budgeting, variance analyses, and improvement initiatives.
  • Productivity Leader: Optimize staffing matrices and benchmark target setting.
  • Operational Consultant: Provide economic insights for management decisions.
  • Project Leader: Lead special projects and management meetings.
  • Communication Facilitator: Promote transparency across all levels.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in a leadership role with over 10 years of experience.
  • CPA (Preferred) and HFMA or FACHE (Preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Healthcare industry insight and awareness of delivery systems.
  • Proven project management and technical proficiency in desktop applications and health information technology.
