The Opportunity
Prove is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to build and elevate our customer growth and advocacy programs. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy that drives measurable business impact including account expansion, pipeline acceleration, increased brand reputation, and enhanced customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the customer marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create compelling customer success stories via case studies, video testimonials, webinars, and thought leadership content.
- Manage and expand the peer review program on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
- Maintain a diverse inventory of customer references to support sales efforts.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer marketing requests including speaking engagements and media interviews.
- Implement co-marketing opportunities with key customers.
- Build and manage a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and other feedback groups.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on customer marketing initiatives demonstrating clear ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in customer marketing and digital advocacy.
What You'll Bring
- 6-9 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in customer marketing.
- Proven success in the B2B technology sector.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Passion for customer success and commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range is $135,000 to $145,000 plus company bonus. Benefits include competitive salaries, bonus and equity plans, comprehensive medical benefits, unlimited vacation, flexible hours, retirement plans, wellness services, daily lunch stipend (for US offices), and more.
