Job Summary
The Client Relationship Executive role at Provation focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing healthcare clients to drive long-term value and revenue growth. This position is exclusively centered on account management with a strong emphasis on upselling and cross-selling in the current customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management & Customer Success: Build trust with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders; align solutions with customer goals; and partner with client success teams for strategic advising.
- Account Expansion: Identify unmet needs, propose upsell and cross-sell solutions, and develop growth-focused account plans.
- Technical & Product Knowledge: Understand product features relevant to clinical and operational contexts, integration with EHRs, HIPAA compliance, and data security.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor engagement, forecast growth, and interpret healthcare market trends to refine account strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Tailor messaging across clinical, IT, and finance sets while navigating procurement cycles and budget constraints.
Performance Metrics & KPIs
- Revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Increased account penetration and product adoption.
- Forecast accuracy in monthly and quarterly sales.
- Quality demos for new feature rollouts.
- Timely account planning and CRM updates.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environments is required. Candidates should have a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling, experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and a data-driven mindset.
