Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | Outpatient Setting

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established outpatient clinical team. This is a great opportunity for both new graduates and experienced nurses looking to grow in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Position Overview

The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, support physicians during clinical procedures, and ensure smooth coordination of patient services in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Triage patient calls and address urgent concerns
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
• Assist physicians with procedures and examinations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Coordinate referrals and manage authorizations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift (approximately 8-hour shifts)
• No weekends
