Overview

The Technical SEO LLM Content Writer at Proto produces high-quality, SEO and LLM optimized content. You will develop in-depth content covering product applications, case studies, and thought leadership with technical depth when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Create authoritative CX industry content for marketing and sales.
• Automate content creation workflows and optimize LLM outputs.
• Conduct keyword research and improve on-site copy, metadata, and schema markups.
• Monitor content performance with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Manage content calendars and collaborate with CX, R&D, and stakeholders.
• Maintain product knowledge bases and developer documentation with technical accuracy.
• Work effectively in a 100% work-from-home environment.

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with native-level British English proficiency.
• Proven experience in SaaS, enterprise, or technical writing.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Llama, Claude) and content engineering platforms such as AirOps.
• Technical SEO expertise including keyword research, metadata, schema, and use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs.

Nice to Have

• Experience fine-tuning or training models for dedicated tasks.
• Strong technical literacy in documentation and knowledge-base writing.
