What We Are Looking For

Key requirements for our Support Workers include:

  • Holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and/or significant experience
  • Willingness to work towards qualifications if not already held (support and funding provided)
  • Empathy, curiosity and the ability to engage supportively with young people
  • Resilience in managing challenging behaviors including severe physical or verbal aggression and other vulnerabilities
  • Flexibility for varied shift patterns including possible sleep-ins and remote placements
  • Possession of a full UK manual driving licence

Compensation & Benefits

Enjoy a base salary of £32,000 plus generous shift uplifts and sleep-in pay along with fully funded industry recognised qualifications, internal career growth pathways, increasing paid annual leave, sick pay, a company pension, and employee wellbeing support including free counselling.
