What We Are Looking For
Key requirements for our Support Workers include:
- Holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and/or significant experience
- Willingness to work towards qualifications if not already held (support and funding provided)
- Empathy, curiosity and the ability to engage supportively with young people
- Resilience in managing challenging behaviors including severe physical or verbal aggression and other vulnerabilities
- Flexibility for varied shift patterns including possible sleep-ins and remote placements
- Possession of a full UK manual driving licence

Compensation & Benefits
Enjoy a base salary of £32,000 plus generous shift uplifts and sleep-in pay along with fully funded industry recognised qualifications, internal career growth pathways, increasing paid annual leave, sick pay, a company pension, and employee wellbeing support including free counselling.
