What We Are Looking For
Protective Care Group is looking for dedicated professionals who:
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or have significant relevant experience
- Are empathetic, curious, and capable of engaging with young people
- Are resilient and capable of managing challenging behaviours including severe physical aggression, verbal aggression, sexualised behaviour, vulnerabilities, self harm, and absconding
- Are flexible to work anywhere within the West Sussex area on a varied shift pattern (5 on 5 off)
- Possess a full UK manual driving licence
Compensation & Benefits
All support workers receive a base salary of £32,000 plus generous shift uplifts & sleep-in pay.
