Position Summary
The Manager, Financial Administration is responsible for managing financial processes for ETFs and Mutual Funds. This role oversees financial administration vendors, supports product development, drives problem-solving, and acts as an internal expert resource.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage financial processes including reporting, expense management, tax reporting, and distributions.
- Oversee financial vendors such as administrators, fund accountants, auditors, and tax accountants.
- Support new product development and tax management initiatives.
- Engage in daily problem-solving and decision-making.
- Participate in risk management and the development of an effective internal control environment.
- Serve as an internal expert for financial-related product issues.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund, ETF, CPO, or comparable financial services roles. Financial reporting and auditing experience is desirable, and CPA is a plus.

Early Career Goals
During the initial 90 days, demonstrate working knowledge of fund administration and fund accounting. By 180 days, serve as the primary contact for financial administration service providers, propose changes to current practices, and manage specific financial administration processes.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range is $95,000 - $150,000 USD, excluding discretionary bonus compensation.
