Overview

Prosana is seeking a Web Development Manager to lead funnel and web development execution across its fast-growing portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. This managerial role involves leading a team of developers, setting daily priorities, and ensuring every funnel built primarily on CheckoutChamp is launched with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers.
  • Oversee end-to-end funnel development including split tests, checkouts, upsells, and post-purchase flows.
  • Translate marketing objectives into technical briefs and manage projects with Asana.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and founders to align technical execution with business goals.

Who You Are

You are a natural leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing web development teams. You thrive in managing people as well as technical problem-solving. You excel at juggling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a high standard of operational excellence.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CheckoutChamp funnels and subscriptions.
  • Background in high-volume Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
