Job Description
About Prosana
Prosana is a fast-growing e-commerce incubator, owning and scaling multiple Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands across skincare, supplements, and wellness. We operate with high standards, move quickly, and focus on building durable, scalable businesses.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Web Development Manager to lead and own all funnel and web development execution across our fast-growing portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. This is primarily a managerial role where you will lead a team of developers, set daily priorities, and ensure our funnels are built, reviewed, and launched at a consistently high standard.
Your Mission as Web Development Manager
As the Web Development Manager, you will lead and own all funnel and web development execution across the entire brand portfolio. This is a "Manager First" role. Your mission is to lead a team of 5+ developers, set daily priorities, and ensure every funnel, primarily built on CheckoutChamp, is launched at a consistently high standard of speed and precision. You serve as the bridge between strategy and code, translating founders' visions into high-performing realities.
What's in it for You
- True Leadership & Ownership: This is a genuine leadership role with full ownership over a core business function and a seat at the table with founders.
- High-Growth Environment: You'll be at the center of a fast-scaling incubator, working across multiple brands and diverse product categories.
- Performance Culture: Work in a "no-fluff" environment that values results, speed, and operational excellence over bureaucracy.
- Remote Freedom: A full-time, remote position working with a high-performing international team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5+ developers, serving as their main point of contact, priority-setter, and final internal "Quality Control" before any page goes live.
- Funnel Mastery: Oversee the end-to-end build of new funnels, split tests, checkouts, upsells, and post-purchase flows, ensuring best practices are maintained across all brands.
- Project Management: Translate marketing objectives into clear, detailed technical briefs, keeping the pipeline organized in Asana and ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with the marketing team and founders to understand funnel objectives and provide technical feasibility and execution plans.
Who You Are
- A Natural Leader: Minimum 3 years of previous experience leading a web development team. You enjoy managing people as much as you enjoy solving technical problems, and you know how to get the best out of a team.
- Structured & Organized: You live in the details and can juggle multiple brands and priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Ownership-Minded: You don't wait for permission to fix a process; you take responsibility for the output of your team from end-to-end.
- Operationally Driven: You are motivated by turning "execution" into a "well-oiled machine."
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on experience building and managing funnels specifically within CheckoutChamp.
- Experience with CheckoutChamp subscriptions and complex post-purchase flows.
- A background in high-volume Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
