Job Overview
Prosana is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of Paid Media for a fast-scaling European DTC supplement brand. This role involves engineering performance marketing systems to drive exponential growth across multiple funnels, markets, and brands.
Your Mission
You will lead the performance growth for a supplement company committed to quality and transparency, with in-house formula development, co-owned production labs, and independent third-party certifications in the US and EU. You will be responsible for architecting and executing high-performing ad campaigns and guiding the team through creative and strategic challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic scaling in Meta ads across global markets.
- Launch high-converting campaigns with measurable ROAS.
- Test and refine targeting, bidding, placements, and creative assets.
- Oversee the full funnel: landing pages, offers, and retention flows.
- Delegate execution to specialists while steering overall strategy.
- Own creative testing strategy from research to feedback loops.
- Lead launch strategy for new products and market impact.
- Use analytics and data to drive confident growth decisions.
- Mentor and elevate the performance team.
- Explore and test emerging channels and growth tactics.
