Job Description

About the Role

Imagine building digital experiences that appear in front of thousands of shoppers each day and actually drive them to convert. As a Landing Page Designer, you won’t just design aesthetically pleasing pages; you’ll craft persuasive, conversion-optimized landing pages and product funnels that transform browsers into buyers. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing visuals across Amazon listings, direct-to-consumer product pages, and eCommerce funnels.

Who They Are

This is no ordinary eCommerce company. You’ll be joining a fast-scaling eCommerce incubator behind seven high-performing brands, each built from the ground up with data, design, and performance at their core. With a proven formula for growth and innovation, this incubator thrives on launching and scaling products that shoppers actually want. Every day brings fresh challenges, creative freedom, and the chance to leave your mark on brands seen by millions. This is a full‑time, remote contractor role supporting a team on the CET timezone.

What’s In It For You

  • Work remotely with a performance-driven, collaborative global team.
  • Have a direct impact on sales, improve user flows, and boost product-market fit.
  • Ownership of conversion-focused design across multiple eCommerce funnels.
  • Hands-on collaboration with performance marketers, copywriters, and brand strategists.
  • Future growth into a team lead or manager role as the design function scales.

What You’re Getting Into

  • Design D2C funnel assets, landing pages, and Amazon listings from brief to final handoff.
  • Use Figma to develop layouts, wireframes, and final designs optimized for CRO.
  • Translate product briefs into clear, persuasive visual experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align on funnel strategy and message hierarchy.
  • Execute quick iterations based on conversion data and user behavior.
  • Maintain Asana tasks to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand and performance standards across multiple formats.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience as a designer working in eCommerce, DTC, or funnel-driven environments.
  • Highly proficient in Figma – you know your way around components, design systems, and responsive layouts.
  • Strong understanding of web funnels and landing pages.
  • Conversion-driven designer with a portfolio showcasing pages that perform.
  • Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and able to translate briefs into crystal-clear layouts.
  • Familiar with project tools like Asana, Slack, Google Docs, and Notion.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in feedback loops and remote collaboration.
  • Bonus: experience with generative design tools like Nano Banana or AI-assisted workflows.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: You’ve onboarded, learned the brand systems, and delivered your first sets of funnel designs.
  • 60 Days: You’re executing independently, improving design-to-launch speed, and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • 90 Days: Your work is measurably boosting conversion rates, and you’re stepping into more strategic ownership.
