About Prosana
Prosana is a multi-brand DTC incubator operating across the US, Asia, and Europe, building and scaling consumer brands in beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle, and personal care with several brands generating 8-9 figures in annual revenue.
Role Overview
As the Head of Retention, you will own the customer lifecycle. Your mission is to bridge subscription data with marketing execution, reduce churn, and maximize LTV. You will oversee technical integrations, manage post-purchase agencies, and optimize retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies to boost loyalty and LTV.
- Manage technical integrations between Loop Subscriptions, Klaviyo, and custom executions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for email, SMS, and post-purchase agencies.
- Analyze cohort and behavioral data to identify engagement trends.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns with advanced segmentation and A/B testing.
- Create a new loyalty and referral program from scratch.
- Collaborate with multiple heads across performance, creative and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with 8-9 figure brands and high volume retention management.
- Expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, Loop, and SMS platforms; Checkout Champ familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to work hands-on, test new strategies aggressively, and own churn/ MRR outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to bridge developers and marketing teams.
