About Prosana
Prosana, an early-stage AI platform, is revolutionizing how online businesses achieve growth and scale using advanced AI and creative strategies. While many AI tools offer fragmented features, Prosana's proprietary platform integrates asset creation (ads and content), deep competitor data mining, and comprehensive performance reporting into a single, cohesive space.
Having successfully bootstrapped to over 500 active users through organic internal networks, Prosana is now seeking a visionary Head of Growth to spearhead strategies that will scale their user base from 500 to 5,000 and beyond. This is a unique career opportunity for a hands-on leader eager to build a brand and a department from the ground up.
What You'll Gain at Prosana

- This is a "player-coach" role, where you will define the 90-day roadmap and personally execute the initial funnels, ad campaigns, and email flows.

Your Role as Head of Growth
- Define and implement the foundational marketing mix to scale the platform from its initial stages to 5,000 active users.
- Transition Prosana from ad-hoc, founder-led growth efforts to a structured, data-driven marketing department.
- Personally design and launch high-converting landing pages, compelling ad creatives, and effective email funnels to drive immediate user acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Manager to cultivate a global network of influencers and partners, establishing a consistent and scalable lead source.
- Take full ownership of the entire funnel's Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV), meticulously optimizing every touchpoint from Meta and Google Ads to organic loops, ensuring profitable acquisition of high-value users.
- Analyze user behavior and performance data to continually refine Prosana's "all-in-one" value proposition, maintaining its indispensable position in the e-commerce market.
- Strategically identify when and where to integrate specialists (such as media buyers, designers, or freelancers) to scale successful experiments into permanent, impactful growth pillars.
Who We're Looking For
- A self-starting operator who proactively identifies and solves problems, taking initiative rather than awaiting instructions.
- A proven track record of successfully scaling software tools, particularly in transitioning from founder-led traction to a sophisticated, structured growth engine.
- A natural inclination towards leveraging user behavior and performance analytics to sharpen the "all-in-one" value proposition and maximize user LTV.
- Technical proficiency in navigating modern growth stacks, including Meta/Google Ad Managers, Active Campaign, and Airtable.
- An owner's mindset, treating the company’s bottom line and growth targets as a personal mission.
- Ideally, 5–10 years of marketing leadership experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully scaled AI-driven software tools.
