Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by managing performance channels.
- Optimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Boost conversion rates through CRO and funnel improvements.
- Enhance creative performance through collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Extend customer lifetime value via integrated lifecycle strategies.
- Expand market reach with affiliates, influencers, and partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performance growth team, reducing agency reliance.
- Create forecasting systems and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with Creative, Managing, and Product Directors.
Who You Are
- 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in DTC eCommerce.
- Experience scaling a DTC brand in the US market.
- Expert in paid media performance, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Strong track record in CRO, UX experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Data-fluent with skills in building forecasts and actionable insights.
- A strategic leader who is hands-on and collaborative.
Success Milestones
30 Days: Audit growth channels, set up dashboards, build trust, propose quick wins, and assess funnel architecture.
60 Days: Implement quick wins in media buying and CRO, align channels with KPIs, roll out segmented funnels, and define geographic expansion.
90 Days: Achieve performance lift in key channels, launch market pilots, present a 12-month roadmap, run weekly growth cadences, and update funnel strategies.
