Your Mission as Head of CRO
As the Head of CRO at Prosana, you will be the lead architect of the conversion funnel, acting as the strategic bridge between client vision and technical delivery. Your mission involves analyzing client offerings, engineering breakthrough offers, and blueprinting high-performance landing pages designed for optimal sales. You will own the entire process, from initial brainstorm to the final pixel, leading a dedicated team of designers and developers to ensure every specification is met and each page is meticulously optimized for maximum ROI across 10+ client accounts.

- Data Mastery: Proficiently use Google Analytics and advanced testing tools to identify bottlenecks, eliminate underperforming elements, and scale successful strategies.
- Strategic Interfacing: Participate in high-level client calls intermittently to lead new offer development and creative strategy discussions.
Who You Are
- You possess a proven track record in leading page testing and conversion strategy for major 8 or 9-figure DTC brands or high-growth agencies.
- You demonstrate a deep understanding of the specific nuances required to build high-converting funnels for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and brands reliant on paid traffic for scale.
- You have the ability to transform messy client brainstorms or existing site content into clear, actionable design specifications that developers and designers can flawlessly execute.
- You are an expert in Replo, Zipify, or similar page builders, comfortable providing custom-coded specs or engaging hands-on with the build process.
- You are fluent in Google Analytics and modern page testing tools, consistently proving what works through data, not just intuition.
