About the role

About the Role

If you think in funnels, not pages, and you know how to turn cold traffic into profitable customers through advertorials, listicles, and quiz flows, this is where your work will directly unlock scale. We’re looking for a Funnel Strategist to build and own the funnel function from scratch inside a fast-growing DTC business. This is not a role where you plug into an existing system. You define it, test it, and scale it.

This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the CEO.

What’s in it for You

  • Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere with full autonomy over your schedule, as long as you deliver on your responsibilities.
  • Ownership from day one: Build and lead the funnel function from scratch, with full responsibility over strategy, testing, and outcomes.
  • Direct access to the founder: Work closely with the founder on strategy, decisions, and execution priorities.
  • Real growth opportunity: Shape the funnel playbook, define systems, and grow into a leadership role as the function scales.
  • Learning & development support: Get access to courses, tools, and resources that directly improve your ability to perform and scale results.
  • Team retreats: Join in-person company retreats organized in different countries throughout the year.

What You’re Getting Into

This is a strategy-first role focused on building and scaling advanced eCommerce funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop funnel concepts for cold traffic (advertorials, listicles, quiz funnels).
  • Map complete funnel journeys: ad → pre-sell → offer → checkout → post-purchase.
  • Write clear funnel briefs and copy for designers and developers.
  • Work closely with media buyers to align funnels with ad angles.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously refine funnel strategy.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel.
  • Build a repeatable testing and optimization system.

You won’t build pages yourself. But you must know exactly what should be built and why.

Who You Are

  • You have experience building advanced ecommerce funnels (advertorials, listicles, quiz funnels, not just simple landing pages).
  • You understand cold traffic psychology and buyer awareness levels.
  • You know how advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and pre-sell content convert.
  • You can translate ideas into clear funnel strategies and briefs for designers and developers.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable analyzing funnel performance.
  • You think in systems and experiments, not just single pages.
