In this role, email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows are designed for fast-growing DTC subscription brands, transforming strategy and copy into structured layouts built to perform.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of digital design experience, ideally with a focus on email for ecommerce or DTC brands
  • You’re highly proficient in Figma, including components, auto layout, and scalable design systems
  • You understand email design best practices, including mobile-first layouts and visual hierarchy
  • You think about design through a performance lens, not just visual appeal
  • You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and manage feedback professionally

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience designing emails in Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with retention marketing or lifecycle journeys
  • A basic understanding of email performance metrics
