About the role
Ecommerce Manager
If CVR and LTV optimization is your strength, this is your opportunity to take full ownership of the growth engine behind a £18M wellness brand scaling rapidly toward £30M+.
You’ll be responsible for the entire web experience, transforming it into a high-performing conversion system that maximizes the value of every visitor. This goes far beyond Shopify maintenance, you’ll act as the strategic owner of the site, defining how paid traffic is converted into revenue.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role (if outside the UK).

What You’re Getting Into
- Architect and scale high-converting landing, advertorial, and pre-sell pages that turn cold traffic into customers.
- Own the A/B testing roadmap and systematically remove friction across cart, mobile UX, and checkout flows.
- Increase LTV by optimizing subscription flows and “Subscribe & Save” offers to reduce churn and improve take-rate.
- Use heatmaps, GA4, and surveys to identify funnel leaks and turn insights into measurable conversion gains.
- Brief the creative team and write Direct Response copy that drives action and improves performance.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ship fast, high-impact improvements on the site.
- Own the full funnel from ad click to checkout and retention, directly impacting CVR and revenue growth.
Who You Are
- You have experience in growth or CRO roles, ideally within high-growth DTC eCommerce brands.
- You understand Direct Response marketing and building long-form, performance-driven funnels.
- You are proficient in Shopify, Gempages/Replo, and familiar with subscription tools like Skio.
- You actively use AI tools to improve speed, output, and workflow efficiency.
- You are highly data-driven and comfortable using GA4 to analyze performance and spot opportunities.
- You focus on conversion-driving details and continuous improvement across everything you ship.
- You are proactive, take ownership, and fix problems quickly without waiting for instructions.
