Your Mission
As the Creative Strategist at Prosana, you will take full ownership of the creative engine at the heart of the performance department. You will lead the development of high-performing campaigns, transitioning the brand from founder-led creative to a structured, high-volume production system. Your goal is to discover winning angles and scripts that resonate with deep sleepers and busy households, directly contributing to a revenue goal of $30 million next year.

Who You Are
You have a proven track record as a Creative Strategist for a high-growth D2C e-commerce brand, with experience scaling brands significantly. You possess a builder mindset, understanding untapped markets and systematic testing. You are proficient in Shopify, Meta, Slack, Canva, and Figma and excel in fast-paced, autonomous work environments with clear and quick communication.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days: Integrated with founders, mastered current script style, and assumed creative inflow responsibilities.
- 60 Days: Independently identifying new market angles with consistent high-performing outputs.
- 90 Days: Established a robust system producing quality creatives that drive revenue growth.
