Your Mission as a Creative Strategist
As the Creative Strategist, you will fully own the creative engine of the performance department. Your role involves leading the development of high-performing campaigns, transitioning the brand from founder-led creative efforts to a structured, high-volume production system. Your primary goal is to discover winning angles and scripts that deeply resonate with deep sleepers and busy households, directly contributing to an ambitious revenue target of $30 million next year.
This is a full-time remote position.

What You’re Getting Into
- Take responsibility for a massive creative inflow, scaling towards a consistent target of 250 unique concepts and ads weekly.
- Uncover the emotional triggers of key "buying personas," from partners annoyed by alarms to chronic oversleepers needing silent solutions.
- Write high-converting scripts and provide detailed briefs for internal video editors and graphic designers.
- Analyze performance data to pinpoint winning creative angles, then rapidly iterate on concepts to sustain growth.
- Manage internal editors and designers, ensuring a seamless feedback loop and a high "hit rate" for creative content.
- Maintain close, daily contact with the founders to align creative strategy with aggressive expansion goals.
Who You Are
- You possess a proven track record as a Creative Strategist for a high-growth D2C e-commerce brand.
- You embody a builder mindset, with experience guiding a brand through its early growth journey, specifically from $10 million to $50 million in revenue.
- You understand "untouched markets" and are adept at systematically testing new angles within a performance marketing framework.
- You are proficient with Shopify, Meta, Slack, Canva, and Figma.
- You thrive on ownership, consistently deliver concepts at a high daily pace, and operate effectively without constant supervision.
- You are fluent in English (or Dutch) and provide quick, clear responses in a fast-messaging work culture.
- You are disciplined, eager to learn, and capable of managing the pressures of rapid business scaling.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days: You will be fully integrated with the founders, have mastered the current script-writing style, and taken over responsibility for the creative inflow.
- 60 Days: You will be independently identifying new market angles and managing a consistent output of high-performing concepts.
- 90 Days: You will have established a robust system that delivers a high volume of quality creatives, contributing to a measurable increase in monthly revenue.
