You are fluent in performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, MER, and ROAS, and are adept at briefing and managing creative teams. A balance of strategic thinking with the scrappy drive to execute fast is essential. Bonus points for experience in health, wellness, or beauty and backgrounds in copywriting, content production, or creative direction.
