About the Role
This Creative Strategist role at Prosana is your opportunity to own creative strategy behind paid social campaigns at a fast-scaling eCommerce company. You will lead concepting, scripting, and optimizing performance-first ads across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will collaborate with product leads, media buyers, and creative teams to launch ads that convert.

Responsibilities
In this role as Creative Strategist at Prosana, your responsibilities include:
- Research ads, competitors, and audience behavior to drive insights
- Write sharp, conversion-focused ad concepts for paid social
- Develop briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters
- Review performance data to refine messaging and formats
- Identify creative patterns and test new ad formats
- Stay updated on trends in short-form content and platform dynamics
- Collaborate with media buyers, product leads, and creatives
Who You Are
You are creative with purpose, strategic, adaptable and performance-driven. You are proactive and organized with excellent collaborative communication skills. Proficiency with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Meta Ads Manager, and Loom is expected.
Bonus Points
If you have experience with DTC ad campaigns, a strong performance portfolio, familiarity with creative testing frameworks, and can identify winning creative angles early, you’ll have an edge.
Success Milestones
30 Days: Align with the product squad and start testing creatives.
60 Days: Scale profitably with ads achieving high performance.
90 Days: Develop a steady pipeline of winning creatives driving revenue growth.
