What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the founder to align creative priorities.

You bring 3+ years in creative strategy or direct-response copywriting, ideally in eCommerce or DTC environments. You are skilled at pairing customer insights with storytelling across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You are organized, self-directed, and thrive in lean, fast-moving teams.

Success Milestones

In 30, 60, and 90 days you will develop brand understanding, drive high-performing creative, and establish processes that consistently drive growth.
