About the Role
As a Creative Strategist at Prosana, you don’t just write ads; you craft scroll-stopping, revenue-driving creatives that cut through noise and make people buy. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to own creative strategy and quickly impact growth.
What You'll Do
You will own the creative pipeline from research to production and performance analysis:
- Research customer insights across platforms like Reddit, Amazon, TikTok, and Meta.
- Develop performance-driven ad concepts and scripts aligned with brand strategy.
- Write briefs for video editors and offer constructive feedback.
- Track performance data to iterate and scale successful ideas.
- Source and brief UGC creators for fresh content.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align on creative priorities.
Who You Are
You are a creative strategist with 3+ years of experience in direct-response copywriting or creative strategy, preferably in a DTC/eCommerce environment. You combine deep customer insight with killer storytelling and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean team.

Early impact is measured by your ability to:
- Understand the brand and audience quickly.
- Consistently produce high-performing creative content.
- Establish a scalable workflow with editors and UGC creators.
- Drive measurable growth through rapid testing and iteration.
Recruitment Process
