What You’re Getting Into
- Oversee the entire organization to ensure every department head and team member is hitting their KPIs and delivering optimal performance.
- Build and document a company-wide organizational chart and department-specific training areas to eliminate execution gaps.
- Implement consistent management systems across marketing and content departments to stabilize lead flow and ensure long-term consistency.
- Review daily and weekly statistics to ensure the team is focused on high-impact tasks that drive the company toward its $2.5M/month goal.
- Work alongside the current COO to transfer senior-level expertise, elevating the entire leadership team's operational maturity.
- Identify and bridge gaps where execution breaks under pressure, ensuring the business remains lean and profitable as it expands into the US.

- You have 7+ years of experience and a proven track record as a COO or high-level Operations Director, ideally within the coaching/consulting or e-commerce space.
- You can lead, mentor, and earn respect from a high-energy team without stifling their culture.
- You are proficient in using software, such as Airtable, Notion, Zapier, frame.io and/or Vidalytics.
- You make decisions using performance metrics and KPIs rather than gut instinct.
- You create processes from scratch and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You’re comfortable enforcing deadlines and holding team members accountable.
