Job Description

About the Role: Amazon PPC Manager

This is a senior Amazon PPC Manager role focused on owning Amazon advertising at scale, not managing isolated campaigns. You will take full ownership of Amazon advertising across a fast-scaling, multi-brand eCommerce portfolio. This is not a “manage a few campaigns and send reports” role, but for someone who lives inside ad accounts, thinks in systems, and knows how to scale profitably across multiple brands and categories at once.

Who is Prosana?

You’ll be joining a fast-scaling eCommerce incubator behind seven high-performing brands, each built from the ground up with data, design, and performance at their core. With a proven formula for growth and innovation, Prosana thrives on launching and scaling products that shoppers actually want. Every day brings fresh challenges, creative freedom, and the chance to leave your mark on brands seen by millions.

What’s In It For You

  • The ability to build systems, not just manage campaigns, giving you real operational leverage and long-term impact.
  • Full ownership of Amazon PPC across a large, diversified brand portfolio, allowing you to experiment, optimize, and see the direct results of your decisions.
  • Real authority to shape strategy, structure, and execution, ensuring your insights won’t just be heard, they’ll drive the business forward.
  • Work from anywhere in the world with a team that prioritizes output over hours, giving you the flexibility and autonomy to design your own workflow.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, high-impact environment where your ideas and innovations are recognized and rewarded.

What You’re Getting Into

  • Take full daily ownership of PPC across all 5 Amazon seller accounts to ensure every brand in the portfolio maintains a dominant and profitable market position.
  • Design and document comprehensive SOPs for keyword harvesting and bid adjustments to create a semi-automated advertising engine that scales beyond your individual manual effort.
  • Conduct deep-dive audits on underperforming listings to identify conversion bottlenecks and deploy aggressive optimization tactics that turn "losing" SKUs into category leaders.
  • Manage and mentor the Amazon internal team on specific PPC-related tasks to ensure flawless execution of your high-level strategies across all accounts.
  • Monitor product-level performance metrics daily to ensure that even the smallest SKU in the multi-eight-figure portfolio is operating at peak efficiency.
  • Develop Amazon-focused growth strategies aimed at capturing new market share through non-brand search terms, reducing dependency on existing brand recognition.
  • Apply advanced bid adjustments and negative keyword strategies to optimize ROAS and minimize wasted ad spend.

Who You Are

  • You have personally managed at least one Amazon account with a monthly spend exceeding $500,000.
  • You know how to drive growth for "Amazon-native" brands where the vast majority of traffic comes from non-brand search.
  • You have a proven track record of building in-depth SOPs for keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and negation that allow for semi-automatic account maintenance.
  • You consistently use advanced placement bid adjustments as part of your PPC strategy.

What to Expect from the Recruitment Process

  • Initial Discovery Call: A brief conversation with the recruitment team to discuss your background and alignment with the role.
  • Founder Interview: A deep-dive call with the founder to discuss the brand’s vision and your technical approach.
  • Skill Assessment: You’ll be given a task to showcase your strategy and skills.
  • Final Strategy Session: A final interview to review your task, answer questions, and explore your future with the team.
