The Role: Paid Social Specialist
You’ll join a fast-growing, US-based fashion brand in the swimwear space, renowned for bold creativity and performance-driven marketing. This team operates with agility, constantly testing, and making data-driven decisions. This is a full-time, 100% remote role where you’ll work directly within live ad accounts, focusing on campaign optimization, budget allocation, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager and receive hands-on training, particularly during the first month, to empower you to make confident, data-backed decisions. If you are passionate about numbers, trends, and scaling successful ads, this opportunity is ideal for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Track daily spend, pacing, and performance trends across Meta platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and creative performance.
- Proactively flag campaigns requiring budget adjustments, scaling, or pausing.
- Support campaign builds, including precise audience segmentation and placement strategies.
- Execute and monitor A/B tests to pinpoint winning creatives and angles.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports, integrating inventory and paid media data.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Proven track record running e-commerce campaigns, preferably within the fashion or apparel sector.
- Confidence in analyzing performance data and translating insights into optimization decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with creative testing methodologies and campaign scaling.
- Robust reporting skills, adept at pulling and organizing complex performance data.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the capacity to work autonomously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat Ads (training will be provided if necessary).
- Familiarity with whitelisting and partnership advertising strategies.
