What We're Looking For

We’re hiring a proactive, analytical Data Analyst to join a fast-growing US-based agency that partners with DTC subscription brands in beauty, supplements, coffee, and lifestyle. You’ll step into a structured analytics function with existing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workflows already in place. Your mission is to build on that foundation, bring fresh energy, and elevate how data supports retention and subscription growth. The team is collaborative, curious, and fast-moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and enhance weekly and monthly reporting for LTV, churn, cohorts, and subscription KPIs.
• Analyze Shopify and subscription data to uncover trends and retention opportunities.
• Build, refine, and implement cohort analyses to identify behavioral patterns.
• Support client calls by preparing insights and, over time, presenting findings in English.
• Audit new client accounts, optimize subscription tools, and cancel flows.
• Identify automation opportunities and proactively improve internal reporting processes.
• You’ll work PST hours (8 am to 4 pm), with additional flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or DTC analytics (2 years minimum required).
• Strong hands-on experience pulling and analyzing Shopify data.
• Experience tracking subscription KPIs, LTV, churn, and cohort performance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable supporting client conversations.
• Startup experience or experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Recharge, Skio, Stay.ai, or similar subscription tools.
• Basic SQL or Python for data manipulation.
• Agency experience.
• Background in beauty, wellness, supplements, coffee, or other subscription brands.
