Role Overview

The Sales Manager role is pivotal in steering our sales operations towards excellence. In this role, you will harmonize team efforts, refine sales methods, and nurture client relationships. You will work closely with the executive team to set sales targets, devise strategies, analyze performance data, oversee training, and provide overall management for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Motivation: Oversee and mentor the sales team, fostering unity and motivation.
  • Strategic Development & Client Relations: Develop strategies to enhance closing rates and client satisfaction.
  • Client Nurturing & Conversion: Build robust follow-up systems to maximize conversion rates.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team metrics, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
  • Training & Staffing: Coordinate training, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work with marketing on lead generation and team collaboration.

Results (First 90 Days and Onward)

  • Achieve and maintain a closing rate of 40%+.
  • Assist in hiring 1-2 new sales representatives.
  • Increase client enrollment numbers quarter-on-quarter.
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports to the Executive Team.
  • Ensure each sales team member meets KPI benchmarks and receives coaching.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in pay-per-lead or marketing services.
  • Experience in scaling small sales teams and implementing operational infrastructure.
  • Proficient in driving the sales pipeline from planning to close with excellent mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Go High Level) and strong data analytical skills.
  • Possess a growth mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary between $120,000 - $140,000 per year plus commission, with OTE between $180,000 - $200,000. Benefits starting 1/1/2026 include Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, and a Flexible Time off Policy.
