We are seeking: Sales Director Overseas

Job Summary

The International Sales Director will lead and execute Property Gallery's sales strategy across residential and/or commercial real estate projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams and partner agencies, developing international sales channels, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise in the Cypriot and international real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across all active developments.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity in Cyprus and key international markets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the in-house sales team.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure continuous training and development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage sales professionals as the portfolio grows.
Agency & Partner Management
  • Establish and manage relationships with international real estate agencies, brokers, and consultants.
  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all sales channels.
Client & Investor Relations
  • Manage relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic buyers.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and contract closings.
  • Support clients through the full sales cycle, in coordination with legal, finance, and customer service teams.
Marketing & Product Alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Support launch strategies for new developments.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Oversee CRM systems, sales documentation, and contract processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate development sales (residential and/or commercial).
  • Proven experience working with international buyers and investors.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the Cypriot real estate market and legal framework.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • High level of commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Languages
  • Fluency in English (required).
  • Greek and/or Russian is a strong advantage.
