About The Role

The Technical Support Intern will delight and empower customers with superior service and technical acumen. You will assist both internal employees and external administrators with troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and collaborating with the Technical Support team and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for internal and external customers
  • Manage support tickets efficiently
  • Collaborate with team and leadership for timely resolutions
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation
  • Assist with testing efforts to enhance support experiences

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in technical support, cybersecurity, or customer success
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Ability to work full-time during the summer internship/Co-Op period
