The Role

As the Data Strategy & Operations Sr. Manager, you will shape the customer success data strategy and drive automation at scale. You will partner across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Applications to manage data pipelines powering initiatives such as Customer 360, Digital CS campaigns, Product Health Diagnostics, AI-driven insights, and churn prediction models. This business role demands a strategic mindset with technical acumen.

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy & Insights: Develop data strategy and create a data maturity model.
  • Program Leadership: Manage cross-functional programs and align business requirements.
  • Execution & Partnership: Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and activation with engineering and BI teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in data strategy/business operations with 7+ years in SaaS.
  • Proven program management experience and understanding of telemetry data.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, BI tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
