We are seeking a self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented Application Developer Co-op Intern in our Technical Support function to help develop tools to improve capabilities and effectiveness of the Technical Support organization. These tools are necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for our existing customers. These tools would assist support and QA staff with log analysis, automation, and reporting.

Please note - Start date is June 2026 and this is for 6 months full-time.

Qualifications

  • Creating scripts and tools to improve support’s ability to diagnose technical problems.
  • Updating and maintaining existing tools, organizing, and updating the lab environment.
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of API functionality, MVC frameworks, and databases.
  • Ability to script in multiple languages like Python, Perl, Powershell, C#, Bootstrap and its related libraries.
  • Ability to learn and take on new and exciting challenges.
  • Experience demonstrating outstanding tools and designs with best practices in distributed systems.
  • Experience with Full Stack development as well as knowledge with design/development frameworks.
  • Nice to have: Node.js, Flask, MERN stack, Javascript, React.js, GitHub/BitBucket, Linux.
