We're Proof, a legal tech company in one of the fastest-moving spaces for technology. Each month, thousands of law firms rely on us to manage legal document delivery at scale as we grow toward $100M+ ARR, building platform capabilities and expanding into new product lines.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, Platform & Services at Proof, you will lead our platform team and drive how our largest customers integrate with Proof. You will be at the center of operations and go-to-market (GTM) decision-making, working directly with customers and leadership.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for new services such as court filing and mailing.
- Develop enterprise integrations including data exchange and workflow automation.
- Manage core platform components like billing infrastructure and permissions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams for scalable system designs.
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear product specifications.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience.
- Technical comfort with API design, data flows, and system architecture.
- Systems thinking with experience in integration-heavy products.
- Ability to work through ambiguity with complex data.
- Strong communication across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
- SQL or other data skills.
- Experience using AI tools for prototyping or accelerating workflows.
- Legal tech or marketplace experience.
- Background in billing, payments, or financial operations.
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a full-time, salary position that is fully remote and based in Canada. Enjoy flexible time off, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, disability insurance, and equipment provided. Compensation ranges from 135,000 to 185,000 CAD based on experience and location, with eligibility for a company bonus plan.
