Marketplace Manager at Proof

We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager to join our team. You will be at the epicenter of our operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for notaries providing notarization services on Proof. This is a great opportunity for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketplace Health: Own key metrics including wait times, success rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Develop strategies for onboarding, training, and incentivizing notaries.
  • Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with Product and Go-to-Market teams to anticipate needs.
  • Notary Community: Lead communications and align messaging with company updates.
  • Operational Excellence & Incident Management: Use data to resolve process inefficiencies and support incident response.
  • Product Advocacy: Liaise with Product teams to enhance the notary user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years operational experience with a focus on marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience in gig-economy, logistics, or platform companies is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset using analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, ADX, Zendesk.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong execution focus.

Compensation: $110,000 - $170,000 a year including base pay, commissions, benefits, and equity.
