Project Manager - Europrogettazione

Role Summary

Promos Italia is seeking a qualified Project Manager - Europrogettazione with experience in European project management and international initiatives. This fixed-term contract position until December 31, 2026, within the Opportunities Department, will be based in Milan. The selected candidate will support the management of complex projects, particularly in European and international contexts, contributing significantly to the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the entire project lifecycle: coordinate project activities from the design phase to final reporting, including continuous monitoring and progress verification, ensuring compliance with European regulations.
• Support communication and dissemination activities for project results, and prepare reports and documentation in Italian, English, and Spanish.
• Interact and coordinate with external partners and institutions: manage relationships with international partners and institutions, participate in seminars, workshops, and events both in Italy and abroad to develop partnership networks and foster networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

Master's degree or specialist degree in Economics, Political Science, Management Engineering, or related fields, preferably with a focus on international and European policies or European studies.

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in European project design.
• In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect EU funds, with a specific focus on programs like Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Cosme/Single Market, Interreg, etc.
• Specific experience in managing projects related to business competitiveness, internationalization, digitalization, and skills development.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in graphic design programs (e.g., Canva or similar).
• Excellent written and spoken English. Intermediate level (B2) knowledge of Spanish.

Contract Details and Application

The employment contract will be fixed-term until December 31, 2026, full-time, with an 'Impiegato' qualification and application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The start date is by April 1, 2026, or the earliest available date. The primary work location is Milan.
