Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Design Intern to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects and contribute to the design of user-centered products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The pay rate for this role is $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement designs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating design systems or style guides.
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices.
Qualification Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UX design projects (academic or personal is fine).
- Bonus: Familiarity with user research methods or tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, or experience with design systems.
