The Role: AI Trainer with Egyptian Arabic Fluency

We are actively seeking fluent Egyptian Arabic speakers to join a high-impact AI training initiative. This unique role transcends traditional data entry, focusing instead on dynamic, live human-to-human interaction. You will be paired with another participant to engage in natural, flowing conversations, directly contributing to the development of the next generation of conversational AI. This is a short-term 'sprint' project with specific availability requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Live Pairings: Engage in 1-on-1 verbal or text-based exchanges with another participant.
• Dialect Authenticity: Utilize your natural Egyptian Arabic dialect to discuss a variety of topics provided by the researcher.
• Collaborative Learning: Contribute to the AI's understanding of the nuances, slang, and cultural context of Egyptian Arabic through genuine, real-world interactions.

What you’ll bring

• Native/Advanced Fluency: Verifiable experience and birth-country verification specifically for the Egypt region.
• Technical Readiness: A commitment to complete a paid TestGorilla language assessment and a dialect verification check.
• Availability: Ability to dedicate 30–60 minute blocks of uninterrupted conversation during the specified 3-week project window.
• Reliability: Punctuality is essential due to live pairings with other participants.
• Tools: Access to a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment suitable for calls, and a PayPal account for payment processing.
