The Role: AI Trainer – Visual & Graphic Design Expert

We are seeking professional Graphic and Visual Designers to act as Domain Experts for a high-level AI evaluation project. As AI models advance beyond simple image generation, they are now tackling complex design tasks involving layout, typography, and information density. In this role, your expertise will be crucial in evaluating these AI outputs, looking beyond aesthetics to assess professional utility, readability, and structural integrity. This is a flexible, ad hoc project where your professional insights will directly shape how AI understands and applies design principles.

What you’ll be doing

• Side-by-side preferences: Evaluate two candidate designs on the same topic (e.g., Google Slides, posters, advertisements) and determine which one adheres better to professional standards.
• Expert analysis: Judge design candidates based on specific dimensions such as readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism.
