The Role: AI Trainer Visual & Graphic Design Expert

We are actively seeking professional Graphic and Visual Designers to serve as Domain Experts for an advanced AI evaluation project. As AI models advance beyond basic image generation to tackle complex design tasks like layout, typography, and information density, we need experts who can assess the professional utility, readability, and structural integrity of design outputs. This is a flexible, ad hoc project where your professional insights will directly shape AI's understanding of core design principles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Side-by-side preferences: Evaluate two candidate designs (e.g., Google Slides, posters, or advertisements) on the same topic to determine which better adheres to professional standards.
• Expert analysis: Judge design candidates based on specific dimensions such as readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism.
• Edit-Request verification: Review 'before and after' style tasks to assess which AI output more effectively satisfied a particular design edit or change request.
• Experimental tasks: Participate in new, focused tasks aimed at refining how AI handles concise visual communication.

What You'll Bring

• Professional design credentials: You must possess a formal education in Graphic/Visual Design accompanied by at least 1 year of professional experience, OR 5+ years of high-level experience working with professional clients.
• Technical literacy: You must be familiar with the industry-standard stack including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. While direct design work in these tools isn't required for this task, comfort with their concepts and terminology is essential.
• A critical eye: Your ability to distinguish between 'consumer-grade' and 'enterprise-ready' content is paramount, ensuring outputs meet professional and highly readable standards.
• Portfolio: A valid link to your portfolio or work samples is a mandatory requirement during the screening process.

Bonus Points

• Experience in Interaction Design or Motion Graphics.
• A background in Brand Building, Advertising, or Marketing.
