Position Overview

As the Customer Training and Enablement Specialist, you will drive early success through comprehensive training, engaging content creation, and interactive webinars. Your focus will be to accelerate product adoption and foster ongoing customer engagement with the Prokeep platform.

Key Responsibilities/Mission

  • Deliver Customer Training: Conduct live training sessions tailored for varying customer segments.
  • Create Educational Content: Develop presentations, video tutorials, guides, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Drive Early Adoption: Collaborate with CSMs to boost product usage and expansion.
  • Present Webinars: Organize and present webinars on best practices and product updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and refine training programs accordingly.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in customer education or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment. Exceptional presentation, communication, and content creation skills required. Experience with e-learning platforms and webinar software is a plus.
